Becca Freeden
Clinical Manager

Becca graduated from Queen Margaret University in 2009 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy first class. She completed her junior rotations in Lanarkshire before moving into a rehabilitation post in Edinburgh. During this time she became interested in the role of Pilates within rehabilitation and in prevention of injury and trained as a Pilates instructor. She has worked for Pilates Plus since 2012 as an instructor and in 2014 came on board as manager and Physiotherapist.

More About Becca

Becca uses her Pilates background in the treatment of athletes from a variety of sports and she has done further training in Pilates for runners and cyclists. She teaches Pilates to elite swimmers to improve performance and prevent injury. Becca’s area of special interest is in women’s health Physiotherapy and she teaches ante and postnatal Pilates classes and one to one sessions. She has completed specialist training in assessment and treatment of pelvic floor and bladder problems.

Laura qualified as a physiotherapist from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2001. Since then she has held a wide variety of physiotherapy roles in the NHS and more laterally the Private sector.

Tess Santer
Director
Tess graduated in sports medicine in 2000 prior to training as a physiotherapist in Edinburgh. Tess worked in London for 4 years in teaching hospitals, where she specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
