The Pilates programme will begin at low level and will be progressed in stages depending on your fitness level. The instructor may stop the exercise session because you are showing signs of excessive strain. It is important for you to realise that you may stop when you wish because of feelings of fatigue or any other discomfort.
You are exercising at your own risk, please consult your doctor if you have any doubts before partaking in our classes. Whilst every care will be taken, it is impossible to predict the body’s exact response to exercise. Every effort will be made to minimise these risks by evaluation of preliminary information relating to your health and fitness and by observations during exercise.
You understand that the Pilates Programme will be specifically designed for the needs of the class, taking into account the details given in your health questionnaire.
Individual classes must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Classes cancelled without 24 hours notice will be classed as a late cancellation and the class will be deducted from your price plan.
Block bookings must be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. A full refund will be offered if you provide 48 hours notice on cancelling a block booking.
Any cancellations outwith those stipulated, including those for medical reasons, will be at the full discretion of Pilates Plus.
